Not On The High Street – Now with Product Options!
You asked, we listened. Neuro now fetches product options for orders coming from the Not On The High Street channel, giving you more accurate, reliable data for seamless order handling.
API Update – ‘is_connected’ Field Now Live
Developers rejoice! The is_connected field is now part of the channel list endpoint across all sales channels, making it easier to track connection status.
Shopify App – Webhooks, Rehooked
Webhook issues were causing a few hiccups in our Shopify App. All sorted now. Events should trigger like clockwork again.
Brightpearl – 7x More Order Power 💪
We’ve updated the get order job sequence to match Brightpearl’s new rate limits. Result? Neuro can now process up to 7x more orders without breaking a sweat.
StoreLogix – Push Order Jobs Back in Line
A few bumps in the push order job process have been smoothed out. Orders now flow like they should.
Amazon MCF – Fulfillment Data Restored
We fixed an issue that was blocking fulfillment data retrieval from the Amazon MCF plugin. Your data is back and flowing.
Credit Status – New Home in Settings
To declutter the main page, we’ve relocated credit status info to the Settings page. Easier to find when you need it, out of the way when you don’t.
Stats Page – Full Fulfillment Counts Displayed
The fulfillment stats now show all orders, not just pending ones. Because complete numbers make for better decisions.
