As February wraps up with that classic end-of-winter indecision (jacket on or jacket off? both?), we’re rolling out a crisp update to keep things moving fast and friction-free. From Shopify superpowers to sleeker stats and smarter syncing, this one’s got a little something for everyone.
Shopify Plugin – Now Taking Orders
Shopify just leveled up in Neuro! You can now create orders on Shopify from any other connected sales channel via our shiny new plugin. More flexibility, less manual work. Just the way we like it.
Company Page – Now with Super Stats
We’ve added source info so you can see exactly how each company was created—via UI, API, Returns, or WMS V7.
Plus, you can now view the number of active sales channel, plugin, and webhook connections at a glance. Spotting inactive companies? Easy peasy.
Shopify Order Import – Location-Based Filtering
Speed boost alert! Orders from selected locations are now imported before we filter items, rather than after. This small change makes a big difference for stores handling high volumes of orders.
Return Plugin – More Control Over Order Syncing
You can now choose whether to send only fulfilled orders or all orders to the Returns product, right from the plugin settings. More control, better workflows.
Daily Missing Order Sweeper – More Precise, Less Time
We’ve adjusted the daily sweep to look back 26 hours (instead of 48) at 14:00, making it leaner and faster without skipping a beat.
Shopify Integration – Connection Visibility
We’ve added the is_connected field to the List Channels endpoint for Shopify. If the connection ever breaks, you’ll know about it right away.
Etsy Inventory Sync – Delay to the Rescue
To prevent errors with inactive products, we’ve introduced a 20-second delay between deactive_products and submit_inventory requests. Smooth syncing guaranteed.
Free Agent Tool – Custom Plan Support
The Free Agent tool now supports custom plans and stores the Plan Code. Because one-size-fits-all just isn’t our thing.
Shopify App Webhooks – Back in Business
Webhook errors? Not anymore. We’ve adjusted endpoints to make sure those calls go through without a hitch.
Stats Page – 3x Faster & Smarter
The Stats page now runs three times faster. We’ve also fixed that pesky export authorization issue and added auto-fill for date selection when exporting. Fewer clicks, more insights.
