Fulfilment Without Tracking? Now Possible.
Need to create a fulfilment but don’t have a tracking code yet? No worries. Neuro now supports fulfilments without requiring a tracking code. For couriers that do need one, we’ll generate a placeholder like notrackingcodeX (with a random number) to keep things moving.
Split Order Fulfilments – Fully Supported
You can now create fulfilments across multiple plugins for split orders. Each partial fulfilment is correctly recognised and sent to the relevant sales channel. Smart, smooth, and built for complex workflows.
Virtual Stock – Use Supplier Part Numbers as SKUs
A new setting lets you use Supplier Part Numbers as SKUs for main products in both the Virtual Stock plugin and associated channels. More flexibility, less manual mapping.
Order Activity Logs – Now with SKU Details
We’ve added SKU info to activity logs for excluded orders. If something didn’t make it to a plugin, you’ll now know exactly which product was left behind and why.
Automated Database Cleanup – Out with the Old
We’ve introduced automated order cleanup to keep things tidy:
Fulfilled orders older than 30 days are now automatically deleted.
Unfulfilled orders older than 6 months are cleared out too.
Think of it as a digital spring clean.
TikTok Fulfilments – “Internal Error” No More
We’ve resolved the annoying fulfilment errors on TikTok. All previously failed fulfilments have been re-sent, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Manual Rule Triggers & Bulk Actions – Speed Boost 🚀
We’ve optimised performance when triggering rules manually or applying bulk actions to orders. Everything’s faster now, so go wild.
Plugin Order Reprocessing – Stuck? No Longer.
Orders stuck in “In Progress” due to plugin timeouts now have a built-in resending mechanism. Neuro will retry automatically to make sure no order is left behind.
