August 22nd, 2024
August’s wrapping up, but we’re not slowing down. This update is all about syncing smarter, customising better, and keeping your fulfilments clean and clear — especially if you’re riding the Shopify wave.
Shopify – Now Importing Only Unfulfilled Orders
You can now import only unfulfilled Shopify orders via the new “Exclude Unfulfilled Order Items” webhook setting. No more partial fulfilment confusion — just the orders you’re ready to process.
Shopify Webhooks – Smarter Payloads
We’re now passing Reference ID on fulfilment webhooks for Shopify, along with the “Created By” name field. More clarity = less guesswork.
Channel Rule Engine – Customised Event Mapping
You can now map webhook events in the Channel Rule Engine, letting you customise logic based on the webhook's purpose.
Improved Fulfilment Alerts
Failed fulfilment attempts are now logged more transparently with status codes and channel info, so you know exactly what happened and where.
Amazon Orders – Now Taggable in Activity Logs
Activity logs for Amazon orders now include tracking numbers and tags, so you can keep fulfilment records nice and tidy.
“Out of Delivery” and “During Fulfilment” container states have been added to tracking info for clearer visibility.
Company address validation during order import has been improved.
UI filters have been cleaned up to avoid performance drops with large datasets.
We’ve updated Magento 2 “Order ID” values in transaction records to match your expectations.
Big improvements, subtle upgrades — and less noise in your day-to-day. Just the way we like it.
