July 18th, 2024
Mid-July is rolling in warm and fast — and so are these updates. We’ve been busy behind the scenes with improvements across Shopify, fulfilment flows, and how your data’s handled.
Shopify App – Date Filter on Order Import
You can now import Shopify orders from the past 60 days using the new date selector. Great for late-start integrations or pulling historic data when reconnecting.
“Get Orders” Setting – Channel-Wide Control
You can now manage which sales channels actively fetch orders using the new “Get Orders” toggle. Handy for channels you want to keep connected but temporarily paused.
Amazon Webhook for Fulfilments – Now Available
You can now pull fulfilment info from Amazon using webhooks. Updates will flow directly into Neuro.
Mintsoft Integration – More Flexible
We’ve added support for multiple integrations with Mintsoft, including those using different order statuses. One warehouse, multiple workflows.
Auto SKU Sync & Identifier Mapping – Upgraded
Automatic SKU detection now works even when there’s no barcode match. Plus, identifier fields have been optimised for better SKU matching.
Order Auto-Fulfilment: Resolved an issue with duplicated fulfilments during auto-import.
Order Source Matching: Adjusted logic to better tag where an order was created.
TikTok Fulfilment & Stock Logic: Fixed a problem where order fulfilments didn’t update stock levels properly.
Delayed Orders: Orders held in pending states are now flagged more clearly.
Shopify Fulfilment Sync: Fixed an issue where SKU mismatches were blocking fulfilment from completing.
DHL Label Sync: Fixed an issue syncing DHL labels in WooCommerce channels.
A whole lot of streamlining to keep your July flowing smoothly ☀️
