☁️ Neuro June Release

What's New in Neuro

This one's a good one.

We've been quietly heads-down for a while, and this release is the payoff. Better integrations, an audit trail that never forgets, API precision that'll make your developers quietly pleased, and a clutch of fixes that were frankly overdue.

Grab a brew. Here's what's landed.

The Little Things That Were Quietly Driving You Mad

You Can Now Add a Channel or Plugin in One Click

It sounds small. It isn't. The Channels and Plugins pages now each have a big, obvious "do the thing" button right at the top of the screen. No more navigating elsewhere, no extra steps. You click, you connect, you crack on. When you're onboarding a new marketplace at 4pm on a Friday, you'll thank us.

Toast Notifications Have Moved Out of Your Way

Those little "saved!" pop-ups were appearing right where your filter bar and action buttons live. We've moved them to the bottom-right corner where they can do their job without getting in yours. Tiny tweak. Immediately noticeable.

The Stuff That Makes Your Data Actually Trustworthy

Magento Product Height Now Syncs - Yes, Height

We know. Height. Of all the things. But if you're shipping with DPD, Evri, or FedEx and paying dimensional-weight rates, the height of your parcels has a direct line to your shipping bill. Until now, Neuro was pulling in length, width, and weight from Magento but not height. That meant estimates, guesswork, and billing discrepancies that were quietly costing you money. That's fixed. Height now syncs automatically alongside everything else and stays in step with Magento as your catalogue changes.

Activity History Is Now Kept Forever. No, Really - Forever.

Every create, update, and delete across Channels, Plugins, Webhooks, Users, Companies, Products, Channel Products, and Stores is now retained with no time limit whatsoever. Deleted records still show up too: who did it, what it was called, its ID, and exactly when it happened.

So the next time a client rings up and asks "who archived that channel eight months ago?", you'll have the answer in about ten seconds. No more awkward silences. No more "I'll have to look into that." Just the full picture, always there when you need it.

Finance and Integrations: Two Things That Should've Been There Already

QuickBooks Now Supports Sales Receipts

Previously, every transaction posted to QuickBooks as an invoice, which meant someone had to go in afterwards and manually mark it as paid. Not ideal if your business takes payment at the point of sale. Now there's a new Document Type setting in the integration. Switch it to Sales Receipt and Neuro posts each transaction as a completed, paid receipt automatically. All your existing field mapping (customer, line items, SKUs, prices, taxes, totals) carries across unchanged. Set it once, forget about it forever.

The Wix Integration Actually Works Again

Wix quietly deprecated their old API authentication method. If you'd tried to connect a new Wix store recently, you'd have hit a wall. The Wix channel form in Neuro now uses the updated API-key method for any new connections, and your existing Wix integrations have continued running throughout without a hitch. Fresh connections will now go live first time, every time.

For the Teams Running Neuro at Scale

Partial Channel Settings Updates - TikTok and Shopify

Previously, if you wanted to change a single setting on a TikTok or Shopify channel via the API, you had to send the entire settings object. Every field. Even the ones you weren't touching. One wrong value and something breaks. Now you only send what you want to change, and everything else stays exactly as it was.

If you're managing dozens (or hundreds) of stores through Helm or a scripted workflow and you need to toggle multi-tracking or switch fulfilment mode across all of them, this is the change that makes that feel easy rather than terrifying.

Partial Updates for Products and Channel Products Too

Same logic, applied to your product data. Price, stock, title, dimensions - any individual field can now be updated without resending the full record. Anything you don't include in the request is left completely untouched.

For bulk price changes, stock-only refreshes, or automated repricing jobs running from an external system, this is the clean, safe way to do it. No risk of accidentally overwriting a field you didn't mean to touch. No resending data you didn't need to resend.

(More sales channels will follow in upcoming releases.)

The Fixes. Unglamorous. Genuinely Important.

THG: Partial Fulfilments Now Work Properly

Neuro can now read THG's per-item fulfilment state correctly, so if part of an order ships and the rest doesn't, it's recorded as a partial dispatch rather than incorrectly treated as complete or failed. Plugin rules are now supported for THG too, and every fulfilment created shows up in the order's activity timeline. Much more transparent. Much more reliable.

Magento Missing-Order Recovery Is No Longer Flaky

The job that backfills any orders Magento failed to push to Neuro has been rebuilt to scan in safe six-hour windows. High-volume channels and slower Magento instances were timing out mid-run and missing orders as a result. That's done with.

Big Reports Now Actually Finish

Reports above a certain size were timing out before they could complete. They're now routed through the right high-capacity path, so they go from "spinning forever" to "done, here's your file." Orders-based downloads are also more reliable now, with a clearer progress indicator while the file builds.

Shopify Multi-Tracking With Duplicate SKUs

If an order had the same SKU listed twice as separate line items, the second one would get left unfulfilled when using Shopify multi-tracking. Both lines now process and dispatch correctly. Every time.

Unleashed: Split Orders Were Being Fulfilled Twice

Split-order fulfilments were being sent to Unleashed more than once, which could cause stock discrepancies and double-despatch notifications. Fixed. They now go once, as intended.

Temu: Multi-Label Shipments Now Go Through Cleanly

Orders that generate more than one shipping label were failing at the Temu fulfilment step and requiring manual intervention to resolve. They now process end-to-end automatically, without anyone having to step in.

Every one of these improvements came from real feedback, real frustrations, and real workflows. We're grateful you tell us when things aren't right. It's what makes these releases worth shipping.

As always, if you've got questions about anything in here or want a hand getting the most out of any of these changes, the Neuro Support Team is right there.
