🍂 Neuro September Release
A Faster Foundation, Built for What's Next
This is one of the biggest releases of the year for Neuro. ASDA joins as a fully automated drop-ship channel, the platform's entire frontend has been rebuilt on a faster foundation, your table views finally remember how you left them, and the PeopleVox integration has grown up properly. Underneath all of it, we've closed out a long tail of stock, fulfilment and import issues, several of them raised directly by you.
Here's the full tour.

New Features
ASDA Drop-Ship (DSV) Channel
ASDA is now available as a sales channel for drop-ship vendors. Purchase orders import automatically from ASDA's SFTP, and acknowledgements, dispatch notices and cancellations are sent back in ASDA's cXML format, with no manual file handling at any step.
A clothing DSV can connect the ASDA channel once: POs arrive as normal Neuro orders, the mandatory acknowledgement goes back automatically, and dispatches confirm to ASDA the moment the warehouse ships.
A Rebuilt, Faster Interface
Neuro's frontend has been rebuilt from the ground up on a modern foundation. Pages load faster, the interface behaves consistently from screen to screen, and future improvements can now ship far more quickly.
The design you know hasn't changed; it's the machinery underneath that's new. Day to day, you'll simply notice pages opening quicker, and dates now display in your own timezone.
Your Table Views, Remembered
List pages now remember how you like them. Chosen columns, column order and sorting are saved against your account, so the Orders page opens with your Order Import Date column and sort intact, on any device, even after logging out.
If your morning starts with the same three checks every day, the page is already set up when you arrive.
Neuro On the Move
Neuro's pages now work properly on phones and tablets, with layouts that adapt to smaller screens instead of forcing you to pinch and scroll. Checking this morning's order queue from the warehouse floor, on your phone, now works exactly as it should.
Clearer Stock Sync on the Products Pages
The product list and detail pages have been overhauled for diagnosing sync issues: refresh buttons now sit at the top of each page, sync-status updates have moved into a proper Actions flow with bulk support across API, webhook and channel sync status, and infoboxes explain what each status actually means.
When a channel's stock looks stale, you can now see at a glance exactly which stage the sync stopped at, and re-flag a whole batch of products in one action instead of one by one.
A Deeper PeopleVox Integration
The PeopleVox plugin now supports sending orders to specific warehouses and pulling stock from specific warehouses, maps barcodes on products, and can fill PeopleVox's sales-order fields (Attribute 1-5, Channel Name, Contact Name) from your order data through a proper mapping interface, in the same style as channel status mapping.
A merchant shipping B&Q and The Range orders through PeopleVox can map the store name and order number into the attribute fields once, and the warehouse stops hand-typing them onto every order before labels will print.
New Rule Action: Replace Item
The item replacement rule action has been rebuilt. It can now match a combination of SKUs with required quantities and substitute them with one or more target SKUs, checking stock at the order's assigned warehouse before acting.
Orders containing both the tree and the storage-bag SKU are now collapsed automatically into the pre-packed bundle SKU when stock allows, so the 3PL picks one line and no extra packing fees apply.

Everyday Refinements
Integrations
Amazon stock updates now sync every three minutes for faster level changes, and an Auto Confirm Orders setting has been added for Amazon Vendor.
The Shopify app's registration and install screens have been redesigned to match the newer auth pages, channel creation via app install is more robust, and app-installed channels now use Shopify's current GraphQL API by default.
Unleashed orders carry the CustomerRef value from Unleashed for use in your downstream flows.
ShipBob order submission is now bundle-aware, judging fulfilability on the child items' stock.
TikTok Shop orders sent to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment are now tagged with their channel information, so MCF can recognise the source.
Fetch Confirmed Orders is now available on the API v2 channel form, and has been removed from Macy's and WooCommerce, where it never did anything.
The custom order status mapping option has similarly been removed from NOTHS, which doesn't support it.
Webhooks & Plugin Sync
A new sync failsafe means an order is only sent via webhook when its sync status genuinely calls for it, preventing duplicate or out-of-turn sends. An order now qualifies for webhook creation when its shipping address has an address line or a postcode, with Shopify POS orders exempt from the check.
SKU lookup when syncing to plugins is now smarter: missing channel products are created first where product download is switched on, and ambiguous matches fall through to the next identifier instead of guessing (and are logged transparently). The unreliable remote-alt-ID lookup has been removed, so the SKU is sent as-is when no confident match exists. Channels also disable more sensibly: repeated authorisation failures (403s) now count towards a channel being automatically disabled, so a broken connection stops hammering the other side.
Products, Files & Reports
Barcodes are now visible on channel products in the interface, are written from Shopify product syncs, and the product import template has gained a barcodes column. FTP/SFTP channels can now map the tracking URL for fulfilment files, and Matched SKU is available as an inventory mapping field, so files like Smyths' productCode and SKU layout can be built exactly. Turning on auto-sync stock now takes effect immediately, backfilling quantities on existing channel products rather than waiting for the next stock change.
Under the Hood
A substantial platform round this month: a second batch of security-test fixes, dependency upgrades across the backend and frontend, queue infrastructure improvements for high-volume accounts, groundwork for very large product catalogues, and internal plumbing work. Faster and safer across the board.

Smoother Running Throughout
Stock & Products
Unleashed stock pushes no longer stall mid-sync, with batches sized to Unleashed's limits and zero-change lines skipped. ShipBob v2 bundle products now show accurate stock, calculated from their child products, and PeopleVox stock updates use the correct product mapping rather than the barcode field. Shopify GraphQL stock updates are working again following Shopify's API changes. eBay imports now respect the selected marketplace instead of pulling listings from every site, and the Temu stock allocation rate field now displays its options correctly.
Orders & Import
Shopware orders that previously failed to import due to address data now import correctly, and the affected batch has been recovered. Shopify orders show only the live shipping method, rather than every historical one concatenated together. Amazon Easy Ship order lines are now priced correctly, after line totals were previously being multiplied by quantity. Fractional order quantities are rounded rather than erroring. AliExpress delivery addresses import in full, tags added to a Shopify order after import are now kept, and Mirakl orders no longer lose their primary reference. Linnworks channels using Fetch Resend Orders, or more than one order status, are importing orders again, now that the status filter is sent the way Linnworks expects.
Fulfilment & Dispatch
Unleashed shipment updates are now sent per order line, so buy-one-get-one promotions no longer fail. Mirakl fulfilments with multiple tracking numbers now go out as separate shipments, so B&Q displays them correctly. Amazon courier mappings have been corrected, with Evri sending as Evri and The Delivery Group and Secure Mail sending as The Delivery Group with proper tracking prefixes. One overlong tracking number can no longer reject a whole bulk fulfilment batch, the bulk fulfilment CSV template downloads again, and the THG returned-orders job now pages through results correctly. Failed PeopleVox order syncs are now linked to the order's activity log, with false "cannot be modified" errors handled properly, and fulfilment API calls with an unknown ID now return a proper not-found response.
Reports & API
Large accounts can generate reports again without hitting the too-many-records limit, big bulk stock updates via the API return a deterministic response instead of timing out, and order webhooks now populate line-level discount amounts.
Interface
SFTP channel tabs are now visible in dark mode, bulk ID inputs once again split comma- and space-separated values (with a CSV template provided), and active filter chips render their values properly instead of raw HTML.
