☁️ Neuro July Release

A Summer Of Smarter Stock, Sharper Rules And Cleaner Connections

As the height of summer settles in and the dispatch desks hum along, Neuro has put its sleeves up for one of the meatiest releases of the year.

This release welcomes a brand-new sales channel, adds a long-awaited dark mode for those low-light shifts, reworks nearly every settings form in the app so the option you're after is finally where you'd expect it to be, and closes out a long list of integration niggles, all sitting on a faster, more secure platform.

Grab a brew; there's plenty to enjoy in here, and every bit of it is here to make your working day run that little bit smoother. Everything below is built around the same simple idea: fewer clicks, fewer surprises, and a system you can trust to get on with the job.

A Warm Welcome To ShopWired

The headline arrival this month is a new storefront joining the fold, connected in minutes and kept in step automatically from there on.

ShopWired Sales Channel

You can now connect your ShopWired store directly to Neuro. Orders flow in on their own, stock levels stay up to date, products can be imported, and dispatch confirmations are pushed back to ShopWired the moment orders ship. For a UK retailer running their webshop on ShopWired, connecting it means the warehouse starts receiving ShopWired orders alongside everything else, with no re-keying and stock kept in sync across every channel.

Settings That Sit Where You'd Look

A great deal of this release is about the quiet relief of a tidy form. Nearly every settings area has been rebuilt so the thing you need is easy to find, clearly labelled, and safe to change without disturbing anything else.

Reorganised Channel, Plugin & Webhook Settings

Every connection form has been restructured into Essential and Advanced settings, with clearer names, descriptions and tooltips on each input. Advanced options stay tucked away until you need them, credentials are masked like passwords with a show button, activity history moves to its own tab, and plugins gain a new Fetch Fulfilments action. Auto stock sync can no longer be switched on while product download is off, which quietly closes off a confusing dead-end setup.

A Rebuilt General Settings Area

The company, store, store-notification and hosted-page settings pages have all been rebuilt with consistent sections and clearer labels and descriptions for every setting. Finding and adjusting the right option is now a good deal calmer, wherever you are in your configuration.

Clearer Product Detail Pages

Every input on a product now carries an explanatory infobox, non-editable channel and plugin product fields are shown as plain information rather than greyed-out inputs, and the tax and account-code fields appear only when the store actually has an accounting channel. The page tells you what you can change and what you can't, without the guesswork.

Refresh Without Leaving The Page

Pages that display a sync status now have a refresh button, so you can check progress without reloading the whole page. A small touch, but a welcome one when you're keeping an eye on a run mid-shift.

Freshly Redesigned System Emails

The notification emails Neuro sends have a new, cleaner template and rewritten copy, so the messages landing in your inbox read as clearly as the app itself.

Partial Updates For Channels & Products

A new endpoint lets you update channels and products one field at a time. Rather than re-sending the whole record, you send only what you want to change and everything else is left exactly as it was, across all sales channels and the channel settings pages too. Nip into a channel to change a single sync interval, hit save, and your API credentials and every other setting stay untouched.

Clearer Reporting & Quicker Finds

Two thoughtful additions make it easier to get the full picture out of Neuro and to find exactly the records you're after.

Complete Channel Product Data In Reports & Exports

The Channel Products report source and the channel product export now include the complete set of channel product fields, so what you can see on a channel product is exactly what you can pull out of the system. An operations team auditing listings can export their channel products and get every field rather than a reduced subset, ready to reconcile in a spreadsheet.

Filter By Empty Values On List Pages

Drop-down filters on list pages now include a way to find records where a field is empty. Looking for every order with no courier assigned yet? Choose the empty option in the courier filter and there they are, in one click. More Ways To Connect, Fewer Surprises

Neuro's value grows with every channel it speaks to fluently. This release adds a fresh integration, handles exchanges as the distinct thing they really are, and quietly future-proofs two more.

Honest Choices And A Kinder Screen

A little clarity about what's included, and a gentler view for the long shifts.

Plan-Based Feature Access

Neuro now knows exactly which features your plan includes. Everything in your plan works as normal, and anything outside it is clearly signposted with a prompt to talk to your account manager, rather than appearing to work and failing later. You get an honest picture of what your subscription covers and one obvious route to unlock more when you need it.

Dark Mode

Neuro now has a dark theme. Light stays the default; flick the switch in your profile menu whenever you'd prefer a darker screen. A real kindness for night-shift warehouse teams and late-working ops managers who'd rather not squint at the glare.

Stronger, Smarter Integrations

The connections you rely on have all had a round of care this month, from accounting through to your marketplaces and carriers.

Xero And Accounting Channels

Accounting channels gain an Invoices tab so you can see pushed invoices without leaving Neuro, products now show an Accounting Channel Sync Status, and if an invoice push fails the related products are correctly marked as failed so you can spot and retry them. Reconciling with Xero becomes a good deal easier to keep on top of.

Amazon: Fixed Ship-From Addresses And The Latest Orders API

A new channel toggle makes every order from that channel use the ship-from address you've configured, ignoring whatever address the marketplace sends. It's ideal when your dispatch location is fixed regardless of what Amazon reports. We've also moved the integration to Amazon's latest Orders API and refreshed our Amazon connection credentials, keeping everything on Amazon's current standards for the long term.

Sprint Logistics On Their New v2 API

The Sprint Logistics integration has moved to their new v2 API ahead of Sprint's platform migration deadline, so order and fulfilment syncing carries on uninterrupted.

PeopleVox Brought Up To Date

The PeopleVox integration is now on the latest API, resolving a batch of sync errors along the way and keeping your fulfilment data flowing cleanly.

THG Product Sync, Tidied

Product sync to THG now sends only products that have both a barcode and a title, since incomplete records were being rejected on THG's side, and HS codes now receive a sensible default value. Fewer rejected products, less chasing.

Duisport Stock Accuracy

Only stock the warehouse reports as truly available, the UU type, is now counted, so damaged, quarantined and returned stock no longer inflates your figures. Product fetches also pull 100 items per page rather than 50, so large catalogues sync noticeably faster.

Marketplacer Order Statuses

Order statuses from Marketplacer are now derived from invoice status flags, giving you more accurate order states to work from.

Orders Without A Shipping Address Are Held Safely

Neuro no longer forwards an order to your warehouse or webhook while it has no shipping address. The moment an update adds the address, the order is sent on. This keeps unshippable orders out of your fulfilment queue until they're genuinely ready.

Reliability, Refined

Finally, a thorough sweep of steadying work. Each of these keeps orders moving, imports clean and connections dependable, so the whole system simply gets on with things.

Smoother Fulfilment And Order Status

Fulfilments imported from plugins (Shopify, JD, MNP, PeopleVox, ShipBob, VirtualStock and WinIT) now move orders to Shipped exactly as they should. Fully fulfilled orders no longer re-sync in a loop, "already shipped" responses from Temu and Sprint Logistics are treated as success rather than retried endlessly, and the Helm fulfilment sweeper now pages through cleanly.

Reliable Ship-By Dates

Ship-by dates now come through from Temu, TikTok Shop and Mirakl, so dispatch deadlines reach your warehouse and priority picking works as intended.

Cleaner Product And Stock Imports

Shopify barcodes and dimensions now import correctly with "restrict by location" switched on, Magento SKUs containing an ampersand no longer return empty stock, OrderWise product prices import properly instead of showing zero, and Amazon Easy Ship's runaway product-sync loop has been brought to a stop.

Steadier Connections And Settings

THG channel settings save reliably again, ShopWired's stuck order imports have been resolved with any missed orders backfilled, and on hosted pages "Save & Connect" now takes you straight into the authorisation step rather than silently saving.

Dependable File-Based Channels

Very XML files now use the exact date format Very requires, and NBrown order files in non-UTF-8 encodings import without errors.

Faster, Safer Foundations

DaiPost tracking links now push to Shopify correctly, Sprint product syncs no longer time out on large pages, and an orphaned plugin record can no longer halt sync runs for every other plugin. Alongside a round of smaller UI refinements from release testing, a set of system-wide improvements makes Neuro faster and more secure across the board.

Every change in this release, from the big strategic levers like Stock Allocation Rules down to the clearer borders on a status chip, is here to give your team more control, more clarity and more time back in the day. Thank you for trusting Neuro with the running of your operation; it's all crafted to keep your business moving beautifully, for you and your customers.

If anything here raises a question, we'd be glad to help.
